1. Designo, Ferroni, Millacreli, Millefiori, Power Line, Stingray and any other current or new designer lines MAY NOT under any circumstances be sold on Ebay or any other auction website.
   
   
2. Online stores may sell these lines at a minimum MSRP of THREE TIMES THE WHOLESALE PRICE without exception.

This policy was created to protect the inline stores that carry our designer lines, and to prevent price competition that hurts everyone and undermines the value of our designer lines and brands.

Silvex reserves the right to refuse sales to any individual or company whom does not abide by these rules.
