Orders:

Silvexonline.com has a $200 minimum for orders. All international orders have a minimum of $500.
Back orders are held for 30 days and shipped upon availability of goods, unless instructed otherwise.
No orders will be released if a past due balance exists.

Prices:

Only gram items are based on Daily Silver Price. All prices and weights are approximate and may fluctuate within a minimum percentage. All other pieces are priced competitively by factoring in cost of materials and labor.
We reserve the right to correct any errors found in our Web site price list, catalog or invoice.
Discount prices are available for volume buyers.
Silvexonline.com offers 4 pricing levels:
Price Level 1 (Purchase of $200 - $499)
Price Level 2 (Purchase of $500 - $1,999)
Price Level 3 (Purchase of $2,000 - $4,999)
Price Level 4 (Purchase of $5,000 - up)

Payments:

Silvexonline.com accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express credit cards, bank wire and PayPal payments.
All first time customers must pay by credit card.
A 30-day credit term is available upon approval of signed and completed Credit Application Form.

For international orders, PayPal and bank wire are the only payment options accepted.
Any account past due 90-days will be sent to Collections. Debtor will be liable for all finance charges and attorney legal fees.

Shipping:

Silvexonline.com will attempt to process and ship all orders in a timely manner. Generally, all orders received are processed and shipped within 2 business days. However, during busy seasons, like the holidays, it may take longer and ask that you accordingly submit your orders in advance.

Shipping charges are based on shipping method, weight, destination and the value of the merchandise. To get an estimate of shipping charges, you may use our Shipping Rates Calculator.
All orders will be provided tracking information via email. You may also review your order status by logging in to your account.

Returns:

All returns are subject to approval by Silvexonline.com. Silvexonline.com is not responsible for damaged merchandise due to wear and tear. Silvexonline.com only accepts returns if the said merchandise has manufacturing defects, if they are of unsatisfactory quality or if they were erroneously sent to a customer.
All returns must be made within 30 days with a copy of the original invoice.
No merchandise may be returned without obtaining a Return Authorization Number (RA#). You must obtain a RA# within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. To obtain a RA#, please call 1-800-383-3116 or email us at custserv@silvexonline.com.
Once you receive a RA#, returns must be made within 15 days. All return packages must have the RA# clearly marked on the shipping label.
Authorized returns are accepted for store credits or exchange only. There will be ABSOLUTELY NO CASH REFUNDS.
